The short version

• You can make, print and share schedules without an account. Those schedules are never sent to or stored on our servers.
• If you create an account, we keep your email address and the schedules you choose to save. That's all.
• We don't sell your information, show ads, or use tracking or advertising cookies.

Schedules without an account

The maker runs in your browser. Share links carry the schedule inside the link itself, after the # sign, which browsers never send to a server. Anyone you give a link to can see that schedule, so share links with care.

Accounts

When you sign in we store your email address, the date your account was created, and a sign-in record. To warn you about sign-ins from new devices we also keep a scrambled code for each browser you have used, and include the device type and approximate city in that warning email. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your email address and confirms it is verified; we don't receive your password or your contacts, and we don't store your name or photo.

Schedules you save are stored so you can open them again. Only you can see them unless you share a link.

Cookies

If you have an account, we use a cookie to keep you signed in (for up to 30 days), a short-lived one during Google sign-in, and one that recognizes your browser so we can email you when your account is signed in from a new device. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores account data.
• Postmark sends sign-in emails.
• Google provides "Continue with Google" sign-in, if you choose it.

Each processes only what it needs to provide that service.

Deleting your information

You can delete saved schedules at any time from Your schedules. To delete your account and everything in it, email hello@schedulegizmo.com from the address you signed in with and we'll remove it within 30 days.
